Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut-up rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, nutmeg and flour.
    Toss with rhubarb. Turn into pastry-lined pan.
    Stir milk into eggs and pour over rhubarb.
    Top with a lattice crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 25 minutes.
