Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs (beaten)
    1 cup oil (I use canola)
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Fold in cereal. Bake at 400\u00b0 15-20 minutes.
    Use only amount desired, refrigerate the rest of mixture, will keep for 6-8 weeks.
