Poke Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Bake cake as directed on box; cook in 9 x 13-inch pan.
When cake is done, poke holes with fork in 1/2-inch intervals all over cake.
Mix jello with hot water.
Add cold water.
Spoon over cake. Chill a few hours.
When ready to serve, top with Cool Whip.
