Drizzle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow) or 1/2 large cake mix (2 c.)
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan (glass is best).
    Drizzle ingredients in the order given.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
