Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar or 1/4 c. sugar and 3 packets Sweet 'N Low
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 c. brown sugar, packed, or 1/2 c. brown sugar and 2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low brown
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Measure flour, granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa into a bowl.
    Blend in milk and Butter Buds; stir in Grape-Nuts.
    Pour into a square pan sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Stir together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
    Pour hot water over batter.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    While hot, cut into squares; invert onto a dessert plate and spoon sauce over each serving.
    If desired, top with Dream Whip.
    This is a sure-to-please-everyone dessert.
    Cake and sauce bake in the same pan.
