Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar (1 1/2 tsp.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar (1 1/2 tsp.)
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, flour, sugar and salt.
    Stir around or cut into with pastry cutter until crumbly.
    Add egg, water and vinegar all at once.
    Mix well.
    Turn dough out onto floured board. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and pat down. Roll out to desired size.
