Sesame Shrimp And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. asparagus
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 small white onions, sliced
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
Preparation
    Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
    Toast sesame seed.
    In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    Cook asparagus, onions and shrimp until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir frequently, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in sesame seed, soy sauce and salt until just mixed.
    Serve with steamed rice.
    Serves 4.
