Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (17 oz.) kernel corn (including juice)
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3/4 c. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium chopped green pepper
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix in bowl the eggs, creamed corn, kernel corn and muffin mix. Saute butter, onion and green pepper. Put batter mix in greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle saute mix on top. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
