Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fettuccine
6 Tbsp. butter
pepper to taste
salt to taste
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 egg yolk
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in saucepan.
Add freshly cooked pasta; toss gently until pasta is well coated.
Add a mixture of heavy cream and egg yolk.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
Serve immediately.
