Delicious Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 tsp. milk
Preparation

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Pound breasts with a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
Dip breasts in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
Cook breasts in frying pan, using cooking oil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking time.
