Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. all-ready pie crust
    1 large chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (12 oz. measured amount; can use leftover baked chicken)
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (10 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken, onion or mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Line pan with one crust and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into lined pie pan. Top with remaining crust.
    Cut slits into top to vent.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings. (Tuna can be substituted for chicken; use 12 ounce can.)
