Peach Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe medium peaches, pitted, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 slices (3/4-inch thick each) ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. lemon sherbet
    1/2 c. ginger ale
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Place peaches, corn syrup and ginger root in blender container.
    Cover.
    Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds or just until smooth.
    Add sherbet and ginger ale.
    Cover.
    Blend on medium speed for 15 seconds or just until smooth.
    Pour into two large glasses.
    Top each with ice cream.
    Serves 2.
