Cream Cheese-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar cherries
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Combine pineapple, cream cheese and sugar in pan and cook over low heat (stir often) until well mixed.
Add lemon juice and gelatin mix.
Let cool.
Fold in Cool Whip, cherries and pecans.
Chill until firm.
