Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. diced pork or diced chicken or small shrimp or any combination
3 c. diced celery
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp Accent
Preparation

Saute ingredients together until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir in meat, saute for 3 to 5 minutes more. Cool and fill wrappers. Deep-fry or pan-fry rolls until crisp and golden. Drain and serve. Rolls may be frozen for future use. They must be defrosted before reheated, either by frying or baking.
