Sausage-Squash Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 c. sliced summer squash (zucchini or eggplant)
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or saltines, crushed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3 eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    Cook sausage and garlic until meat is brown.
    Drain fat.
    Set aside.
    Cover and cook squash in a little water until tender. Drain and mash.
    Combine mashed squash, cheese, milk, parsley, salt, oregano, chili powder and crumbs with the meat.
    Fold in eggs.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
