Arkadelphia Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    6 to 8 small potatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 2 cans milk (fresh or canned)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; peel and grate potatoes.
    Layer potatoes, onions and cheese in a baking dish or Dutch oven.
    Mix soup, made with milk; pour over all.
    Arrange pork chops on top, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
