Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yeast cake or pkg. dry yeast
5 c. flour
2 Tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, then sift again with dry ingredients. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix shortening with flour mixture. Add yeast and buttermilk. Knead real good. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
