Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 small pkg. thin noodles
    1/2 pt. carton sour cream
    1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 bunch green onions, cut up and leave raw
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    sweet basil and oregano (as desired)
Preparation
    Brown the first 4 ingredients all together.
    Cook noodles.
    Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together well, then add raw onions and noodles and mix.
    In a large casserole, place 1/2 of the beef mixture, then all of the noodle mixture and 1/2 of the grated cheese, then add the rest of the beef mix and remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
