Crab Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) jar Old English cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
10 English muffins, halved
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Blend well.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each muffin half.
Place on baking sheets.
Cover and place in freezer.
When you are ready to serve them, take out of freezer and cut into 8 pieces and broil 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp.
