Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar or Splenda
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sour milk
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and mashed bananas. Add nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
