Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 orange (juice)
    grated rind 1/2 orange
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook raisins 5 minutes.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add to raisins.
    Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake between 2 crusts for 30 to 35 minutes at 425\u00b0.
