Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. cake flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) jars baby food carrots
Frosting
Preparation

Sift cake flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs in mixer bowl until smooth.
Add flour mixture; beat well.
Stir in pecans and carrots.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool.
Spread frosting over cooled cake. Yield:
15 servings.
