Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
15 marshmallows
Preparation

Scald milk with salt, sugar and butter.
Add to potatoes and beat well.
Beat egg yolks; add to potato mixture.
Stir in raisins, nutmeg and nuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with marshmallows. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until set.
