Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    6 slices American cheese, coarsely cut or shredded
    nuts (your option, I use pecans)
    mini marshmallows (your amount)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    enough water to make paste
Preparation
    Heat juice to boiling; add paste mixture and boil until clear. Put aside to cool.
    In a bowl, put pineapple tidbits, cheese and nuts.
    Stir in sauce when cooled.
    Add marshmallows.
    Cool and serve.
    If set overnight, marshmallows become soggy.
