Heavenly Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. scalded milk, cooled
1 tsp. sugar
1 small yeast (or pkg. dry)
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and yeast in cooled milk and set aside.
Mix flour and butter as for pie crust.
Add yeast and milk to egg yolks and mix well.
Add flour to make a soft dough.
