Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt margarine.
    Crumble crackers.
    Place crackers on top of casserole.
    Pour margarine over top.
