Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked chicken, torn into small pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. 8-inch tortillas
Preparation

Mix chicken, soup, picante sauce and 3/4 cup cheese.
Place 3 to 4 tablespoons in each tortilla.
Roll and place in ovenproof dish.
Spread remaining mixture on top, then top with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or microwave 10 minutes on 80% power.
Serve with lettuce and sour cream.
