Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. cooked brown or white rice
    2 Tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. fat-free Ranch dressing (Weight Watchers or Kraft)
    1 Tbsp. Mock Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cut in cubes, water chestnuts, sprouts, celery and onion.
