Mystery Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

    2/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2/3 c. canned sauerkraut
Preparation
    The mystery ingredient gives the cake a coconut like texture.
