Green And Gold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. spinach, washed
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add sliced carrots and lemon juice.
    Stir until all carrots are coated with butter.
    Cover skillet and let carrots steam over low to medium fire until softened.
    Add washed spinach without draining.
    Add 2 tablespoons water if carrots are dry.
    Cover and steam vegetables until spinach is limp; about 6 minutes.
    Serves 4.
