Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, mashed (6 to 8 medium yellow squash)
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. (1 can) cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Put in casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
