Pig Stomach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pig stomach
    2 lb. loose sausage
    6 medium potatoes
    garlic salt to taste
    onion salt to taste
    parsley to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix last six ingredients together and stuff in stomach.
    Put in roaster with an inch or two of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
