Pig Stomach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pig stomach
2 lb. loose sausage
6 medium potatoes
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
parsley to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Mix last six ingredients together and stuff in stomach.
Put in roaster with an inch or two of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
