Grammy'S Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. half and half
    garlic powder
    Accent
    pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Pound steak with meat mallet and cut into serving pieces. Blend eggs with milk and seasonings.
    Dip meat into egg mixture and coat with cracker crumbs.
    Slowly brown each piece on both sides in hot oil.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hour. Make gravy with drippings.
