Klip Klops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, crust removed
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 qt. water
    1 small bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove
Preparation
    Soak bread in skim milk.
    Add garlic powder, onion salt, ground beef and egg; mix thoroughly.
    Form into 8 balls.
    Combine water, bay leaf, salt and clove.
    Bring to a boil.
    Drop balls into boiling water and cook until beef is done (about 15 minutes). Drain before placing on platter.
