Monterey Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pieces
1 egg
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, chopped and drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, beat egg.
Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack.
