Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk, scalded
    2 c. day-old bread cubes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Beat eggs, add to bread mixture with butter, melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Sit casserole in pan and fill to 1-inch top of casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until knife comes out clean.
