Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
Preparation
    Heat water to boiling.
    Add potatoes and heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and cook until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Cut potatoes into cubes; stir in onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
