Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add oil and eggs.
Add apples, nuts, raisins and coconut with your hand.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Prick holes in cake and glaze while cake is hot.
Freeze cake for 3 days and it will be better.
