Anything Goes Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
    8 slices bacon, diced, 1/2 c. ham or 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove from oven, reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    (Pie shell should be hot when filling.)
    Cook bacon.
    Combine in bowl the eggs, milk, flour, salt and nutmeg.
    Stir in bacon and cheese; mix well.
    Pour in warm pie shell.
    Cover edge of crust with foil.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Serve with croissants and fruit.
