Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red coloring
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vinegar and food coloring; beat well.
    Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt and soda.
    Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla; beat well.
    Bake in three 9-inch pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
