Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. flour
2 c. sugar
8 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 box raisins
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients;
add
raisins, then add all liquid ingredients and mix
well.\tPour into greased loaf pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
for
40\tto
60\tminutes.
Makes approximately 3 large loaves.
