Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. squash, chopped
    4 c. onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 red peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook slow for 20 or 30 minutes.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
    Makes 6 pints.
