Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 stick melted butter
1 small sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flakes, grated
Preparation

Boil and grate potatoes.
Mix onion, cheese, butter and sour cream with potatoes.
Place in baking dish.
Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
