Diet Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry milk, cinnamon, flour, Sweet 'N Low and baking soda.
    Set aside. Combine vanilla, eggs, pumpkin, carrots and raisins; mix well.
    Add to dry mixture. Bake in muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 small muffins or 8 large, 6 or 4 for each serving.
