Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream butter with sugar.
Add beaten egg.
Sift flour with baking powder and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in lemon extract and blend well.
Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes in hot oven, 425\u00b0. Makes 12 to 14 cupcakes.
