Squash Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    herb seasoned breadcrumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Add all ingredients, except crumbs and butter. Put 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of casserole dish; cover with squash mixture.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
