Ingredients

3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 ribs finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped red and white onion
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
several dashes of Tabasco
