German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, unpeeled, until tender.
    Let cool.
    Cut in halves and then in slices about 1/2-inch wide.
    Salt and pepper.
