Vapada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 cube butter
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. medium or small shell noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done. Take chicken from water and let cool, then shred from bone into small pieces. Boil noodles in same water as chicken. Saute bell pepper, onion and butter. Add soup, tomatoes and Velveeta. Heat and stir until well blended and cheese is melted. Add shell noodles and shredded chicken. Serve.
