Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    potatoes
Preparation
    Brown chops. Put together wet ingredients and parsley in 2-quart casserole. Alternate layers of potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sauce.
    Put browned chops on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
